West 8th Avenue, Fairview
Full Condo Renovation

This 1,000 sq ft condo sits in Fairview, a residential pocket a few minutes from Vancouver General Hospital. It's the kind of neighbourhood where people want to come home to calm after a long day, which is why our client wanted a full refresh, top to bottom, built for function over anything flashy.
Our client didn't want a full design package. They wanted hands-on help selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes as the project moved forward, and stayed involved in those decisions throughout.

The kitchen had a bulkhead cutting into the room, so we removed it and opened the space up before installing new cabinets and countertops.

Both bathrooms were renovated with custom vanities and new pot lighting. One was built around a new tub, the other finished with a custom shower.
The popcorn ceiling came down throughout the unit, replaced with a clean finish. New luxury vinyl flooring went in where the old floors came out, along with new pot lighting, a new hot water tank, and a rebuilt fireplace surround.

We also built a custom work-from-home station with an integrated desk and shelving, giving our client a dedicated space to work from inside a 1,000 sq ft footprint.
The unit was finished with new doors, trim, baseboards, and door handles, new blinds throughout, and a full interior repaint.
Our client asked for a full refresh with input on every choice along the way, and stayed part of every decision from demo to final coat of paint.
